Carpets Plus is a single location flooring superstore located in Rancho Cordova CA. We are currently looking for a Warehouse Logistics Lead. The Warehouse Logistics Lead is responsible for scheduling flooring installations interfacing with clients and the contractors performing the install, as well as managing inventory. The Warehouse Logistics Lead is also accountable for inventory accuracy, and allocating products to contractors.
Job Duties:
Inventory Control
- Check in inventory from vendors both physically and into point of sale system
- Allocate products for control install projects
- Check out inventory to contractors
- Off-load vendor products (forklift certification is a plus)
- On-load product for contractors (forklift certification is a plus)
Manage Install Schedule
- Maintain install calendar
- Interface with clients to arrange install
- Interface with contractors to arrange install
- Communicate with clients through install process to manage client expectations/damage control and to assure client satisfaction
Additional Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check/drug test
- Forklift Certification is a plus
Full time position: Monday through Friday
Compensation: $20-25/hour
